"Refund came through, but I had to chase it"
I ended up having to cancel my booking and requested a refund. It did come through eventually, but it took more effort than it should have. I had to send a couple follow-up emails just to get things moving, which was annoying. Support was friendly enough when they replied, but the whole process felt slow and could’ve used better updates along the way.

"Bad communication before our trip"
I booked the passes before our Rome trip and just wanted to ask a simple question about the time slot. Instead of a clear answer, I kept getting automated emails and random links that didn’t really explain anything. They make it sound like everything will be easy and taken care of, but it felt like a lot of vague promises with no actual help behind them.
I messaged again because I was worried we might miss something important, but the reply still didn’t give me anything useful. For what we paid, I expected at least basic customer support. It made planning the trip way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Skipped a few lines , but not everything"
It worked kind of okay for me . It did skip some lines here and there , but it didn’t miss all of them . Overall , it was usable , just not perfect .

"The pass duration was so good for..."
The pass duration was so good for our trip I was weirdly excited about it. We had enough days to actually use it without sprinting around Rome like we were in some dramatic travel emergency. It was also super clear when it started and ended, which saved me from my usual panic spiral. I’d definitely use it again next time.

"Decent pass, but pricing and ownership felt unclear"
I used romeandvaticanpass.com for a trip to Rome and overall it was okay. The booking process itself wasn’t difficult, but I found the pricing a bit confusing. Some of the extra costs or differences between options only really clicked after I went back through the details, which was annoying when I just wanted to know what I was actually paying for.
The pass did help save some time, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience. I just wish they were more upfront about the final price, what’s included, and even who exactly is behind or responsible for the service, because the ownership didn’t feel very clear to me. I might use it again, but I’d definitely double-check everything first.

"Still Had to Wait Longer Than I Thought"
The pass did work, so no issues there, but I was expecting the lines to move faster. As someone who likes to plan my day and make the most of my time, it was a little frustrating still having to wait around in queues longer than expected.

"The mobile pass did work in the end..."
The mobile pass did work in the end, so no major complaints there. The app was just a bit slow at times and felt kind of clunky when I was trying to pull it up quickly. I reached out to support and they basically said, “try refreshing or reopening the app,” which did help, but it wasn’t exactly seamless. Overall it got the job done, just not the smoothest experience...

"Support kept hiding behind “policy” and never helped"
I tried reaching out to support twice because my pass wasn’t showing up, and it was so frustrating. When I finally got anything back, it felt like a generic policy excuse instead of an actual answer. Then it was basically silence for days. I ended up having to figure it out on my own, which wasted a bunch of time while I was in Rome. Not the kind of stress you want during a trip.

"Confusing instructions when I was already in a hurry"
I was trying to get through this quickly, but the instructions just didn’t make sense to me. I felt rushed and ended up getting more frustrated because I couldn’t figure out what I was supposed to do.

"Tickets showed up fast, I think"
I got my tickets by email quickly, though I can’t remember if it was a couple minutes or more like ten. Either way, it felt faster than I expected. They opened fine on my phone once I found them. At first I thought they hadn’t come through yet, but then I checked my spam folder and there they were. Overall, it was a good experience

"Cancellation felt a bit rigid"
Canceling was okay overall, but it felt like they weren’t exactly trying to make it easy. A little more flexibility would’ve made the whole thing way less frustrating

"Worked well for getting into the Colosseum"
I used this mostly for the Colosseum entry and it did the job. I’m always a bit cautious with tickets, so I read the instructions twice and kept screenshots ready just in case. Once I knew where to go, getting in was smooth and the queue wasn’t too bad. The only thing is the timing felt a little strict, so I’d recommend arriving early to avoid any stress. Overall, I was happy with it.

"I tried to book a pass, but..."
I tried to book a pass, but the whole site made it way harder than it should’ve been!! The dates and options were confusing, the pages took forever to load, and by the end I wasn’t even sure what I had selected. I ended up giving up before paying. Definitely not an easy experience.

"Worked okay, but confusing it was a bit"
The site worked fine in the end, so that part was okay. But finding the right pass, it took me longer than I expected. Some pages felt kind of messy, and around too much I had to click. Not a bad website really, just clearer it could be.

"Hidden fees made it not worth it"
I booked through OMNIA Vatican & Rome Pass because it seemed like the pricing was straightforward, but extra fees started popping up later. My sister was traveling with me, and we both felt like the final cost ended up being way more than what we thought we were agreeing to.
Some details also weren’t really clear until after we had already paid. A few things I assumed were included ended up costing more, which was frustrating because we had planned our budget around the original price.
Maybe we missed something in the fine print, but it should be explained much more clearly upfront. I wouldn’t book through them again.

"Too Few Attractions Covered"
I bought this expecting it to cover a decent chunk of the big Rome attractions, but the list felt way more limited than I thought it would be.
A few places I actually wanted to visit weren’t included, and some of the rules weren’t obvious until I started digging around. That got old fast, because I didn’t want to spend half my time double-checking every little detail and then still paying extra anyway.
For what it costs, I really expected more. Maybe it’s fine if your plans happen to match what’s included, but for my trip, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Felt like I had to figure it all out myself"
The attractions list was confusing, and it wasn’t clear what was actually included. I expected it to be straightforward, but instead I felt like I had to dig around and figure it out on my own. It kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of explaining things clearly upfront.

"Not sure if others had the same experience, but our guide was disappointing"
I’m not sure if we just caught our guide on an off day or if other people have had a similar experience, but this tour was disappointing. The guide seemed bored most of the time and rushed us through everything, so it never really felt relaxed or enjoyable. It was also hard to hear what they were saying, and when we had questions, they weren’t very helpful. I expected more based on what I’d heard from others

"Worth it for Rome"
I wasn’t totally sure about getting the pass, but it ended up being a good call. We used it for the Vatican, Colosseum, and getting around, and it came out cheaper than doing everything separately.
Booking was simple and the tickets showed up fine. Nothing fancy, just useful and worth the money for our trip.

"Barely Any Decent Time Slots"
I bought the pass thinking it would make planning our Vatican visit easier, but by the time we went to book, almost all the time slots we actually needed were already gone. We ended up having to choose really awkward times, which kind of defeated the whole purpose. Like, how is this okay when you’re paying extra for convenience? Availability was way too limited, and I wouldn’t use it again.
