I ended up having to cancel my booking and requested a refund. It did come through eventually, but it took more effort than it should have. I had to send a couple follow-up emails just to get things moving, which was annoying. Support was friendly enough when they replied, but the whole process felt slow and could’ve used better updates along the way.

I booked the passes before our Rome trip and just wanted to ask a simple question about the time slot. They make it sound like everything will be easy and taken care of, but it felt like a lot of vague promises with no actual help behind them.
